TRAIL DESCRIPTION

Scenic Ride

Distance: 20 KM

Elevation Gain: 50 meters.

We start our ride at the border of Putrajaya and Selangor. As soon as we leave the venue, it is a tarmac ride for the first 2.5km before hitting the dirt on a scenic cross-country ride. Along this 6.5km section, the ride is easy and flat with a number of water reservoirs along the way which makes for a good opportunity to take photographs.

Please do not stop in the middle of track for photos and definitely no one handed selfies unless you are stationary and not getting in the way of other riders.

Long Ride

Hill: Bukit Tunggul

Distance: 27 KM

Elevation Gain: 450 meters

We leave the pack from the scenic ride after passing the TNB power station and crossing the road. Please take caution when doing so and watch out for oncoming traffic.

Once we are at the foot of the hill, you will encounter some pretty steep climbs with intermittent flat sections to catch your breath under the canopy of trees… so if you need to rest and are exposed under the sun, just head a bit further and stop under the shade.

Follow the C trail markers

The climb is approximately 3km with some sections having up to 40% gradient to reach a height of 180m at the peak. Watch out for some deep ruts as we share this trail with regular motocross riders in the area.

Though the climbs are tough, they are all doable. We guarantee there are no sections where you will be required to carry your bikes. When you reach the peak, there is an amazing view and the best part… an epic downhill section back to the foot of Bukit Tunggul.

You will be in for a  treat as we let go of the brakes and fly down 3000m of downhill track back to the base of the hill. Enjoy a variety of terrain from sand, limestone, rock gardens and rivers. Watch out for some ruts, loose gravel (avoid riding too close) and the wildlife.

Once at the base, we will track back along the scenic route all the way to the starting point.
